Scholarships are a bit like the lottery.  If you don’t play, you don’t win.  Cappex.com is one of the best free websites that provides college and scholarship matching services.  While many scholarship deadlines have already passed there are still many out there with February and beyond deadlines.  However, don’t wait too long.  Check out this list of 15 scholarships that range in value from $250. to $30,000.
