More Students Take Year Off to Travel, Study and Volunteer; Top Reason Cited Is High School Burnout

Meet several teens who chose to take a gap year after high school this past year before enrolling g in college in this Wall Street Journal article.  Monika, from Colorado is trying to bring solar power to a remote village in India.  Ben from Illinois spent time in a wilderness program in Nepal, while Cassey, also from Illinois, studied French and history, traveling and doing commuity service in Europe and Africa.
