College is not for everyone.  In fact this college professor believes there are too many students in college only because of the pressure of their family.  In this article Professor Hansen, discusses why he feels many students should consider the many other options to attending college.

“Education is critical; college is not, he writes. “There are numerous careers — in healthcare, technology, operations, transportation, and the building trades — that do not require a four-year degree. And as you advance in these careers, there is also nothing stopping you from pursing a college degree at a later age — when it better suits you; some people are just not ready for college until a little later in life.”
