The annual Google I/O conference brings together developers, analysts, press and other interested parties to see the latest and greatest goodies from the search and software giant.

And Google did not disappoint.

The show kicked off with the unveiling of the Nexus 7 tablet and the new version of Android (version 4.1 or“Jelly Bean”), and peaked with the eye-popping skydive demo of Google Glass.
