We found this post by Natasha on beautychameleon.com.  Check it her inspiration photo of a summer sunset which got her thinking about this nail design.  All you need is three nail polishes and a few minutes to watch the tutuorial on you tube.  Then you must wait until dusk and find the perfect sunset to watch with your beautifully matched nails.
