I’d so much rather be  thinking about Halloween this weekend instead of trying to get college applications finished before November 1.  I want to plan a great costume, I want to look for recipes for scary cupcake decorations.  I’d rather help my parents prepare for the hurricane. I’d even rather clean my room, something I never would rather do.  What happens if we lose power for days and there is no internet and I can’t get my applications in before November 1.  I’m not applying early decision anywhere but rather early action so I can hear back sooner, so it really isn’t a big deal if I miss the deadline. Maybe I should stop writing this post and try to finish things up before we possibly lose power.  That makes sense.  I hate when I make sense. I would so much rather be thinking about Halloween…..
